Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a commercial Project Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience on multi-level concrete structural projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related 4-year program.
• Strong knowledge of plan reading, shop drawings, and technical specs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leaders with master scheduling and daily progress tracking.
• Support pre-construction with trade estimating, bidding, and reviews.
• Manage project logs in Procore (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings).
• Coordinate with trade subcontractors during site walk-throughs and procurement.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documents including specs, plans, and as-builts.
• Contribute to quality control and safety monitoring.
• Build relationships with owners, engineers, and city officials.

The Opportunity

You will play a vital role in supporting a new 200+ unit ground-up multifamily apartment project in North Seattle. Working directly alongside an experienced project management team, you will expand your technical construction skill set in a collaborative environment. How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist project leaders with master scheduling and daily construction progress tracking.
• Support the pre-construction team with trade estimating, bidding, and proposal reviews.
• Manage essential project logs in Procore, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate directly with trade subcontractors during site walk-throughs and procurement.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documentation, including updated specifications, plans, and as-builts.
• Contribute to project quality control and safety monitoring across all active work zones.

Required Qualifications & Experience
