Job summary

ACG Builds, Inc. in Seattle, WA seeks a Project Engineer to support a 200+ unit ground-up multifamily development. You will work with the project management team on scheduling, documentation, and site coordination for a complex concrete structure.

The role offers growth in a fast‑growing regional GC, with an annual salary of $90,000–$100,000, a flexible weekly schedule including Work-From-Home Fridays, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a commercial Project Engineer or equivalent.
• Experience on multi-level concrete structural projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related 4-year program.
• Strong knowledge of plan reading, shop drawings, and technical specs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Project, and Procore software.

Responsibilities

• Assist project leaders with master scheduling and daily progress tracking.
• Support pre-construction with trade estimating, bidding, and reviews.
• Manage project logs in Procore (RFIs, submittals, shop drawings).
• Coordinate with trade subcontractors during site walk-throughs and procurement.
• Maintain accurate jobsite documents including specs, plans, and as-builts.
• Contribute to quality control and safety monitoring.
• Build relationships with owners, engineers, and city officials.
