Description

The Project Engineer position within the Integration Test Evaluation (ITE) Organization is a key role supporting the ET lab's strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring, control, and support functions across multiple ET labs to ensure projects are completed on time. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of meeting deadlines, analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing innovative solutions. Additionally, the role involves assisting in strategic initiatives such as rehabilitating functional spaces, improving lab efficiency, and implementing process improvements.

Specific Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic initiatives like lab space rehabilitation, efficiency improvements, and process enhancements.
• Maintain daily lab compliance with policies and procedures through 6S initiatives.
• Manage schedules and deadlines, coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to lab personnel as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

• Ability to obtain secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Understanding of policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, laboratory sustainment, or manufacturing.
• Experience with database tracking systems, including service request systems.
• Experience working with diverse teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $35.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits may include:
