Project Engineer

Location: Remote

The candidate for this position will support the 1LMX super user program, a key part of our digital transformation efforts. This program empowers change agents and technical experts to drive adoption and optimization of business systems. As a change management professional, you will facilitate the deployment of new technologies and processes, ensuring super users have the skills and support needed to foster continuous innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Analysis and Change Management Application: Analyze complex technical topics, identify areas for change management, and recommend implementation strategies.
2. Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify root causes of issues and develop mitigation plans using change management tools.
3. Collaborative Learning: Gather information, clarify assumptions, and seek feedback to inform work.
4. Adaptability and Flexibility: Operate effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
5. Strategic Thinking and Communication: Develop and communicate change management strategies, incorporate feedback.
6. Cross-Functional Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to facilitate change.
7. Communication and Training: Develop and execute communication and training plans to educate and engage stakeholders and super users.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in change management
• Proficiency in Excel formulas (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs)
• Prosci Certification
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management
• Project management experience
