Job summary

Ryan Companies US Inc in Milwaukee is seeking a training-focused team member to support project teams on active construction sites, learning Ryan's processes, safety policies, and business practices.

You will assist with RFIs, shop drawings, vendor deliveries, punchlists, and scheduling while gaining hands-on field and office experience over a six-month minimum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
  • Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and read drawings.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts and cost-coding systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating RFIs and tracking approvals.
  • Maintain shop drawing log and coordinate shop drawings.
  • Learn project dimensional control and verify field measurements.
  • Support vendor and subcontractor deliveries and scheduling.
  • Participate in punchlist inspections and monitor completion.
  • Assist in project scheduling and permit inspections.
