BC Construction Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial, industrial, warehouse, and mission-critical construction projects. Hybrid role requiring office work with on-site travel, coordinating with project teams, PMs, superintendents, designers, and subcontractors.
You will assist with RFI processing, submittals, drawing coordination, schedules, cost tracking, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.

Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 base salary, depending on experience and fit

BC Construction Group is looking for a motivated Project Engineer to help support commercial, industrial, warehouse, distribution, and mission critical construction projects.
This is a Hybrid; Office and project-based role, but it is not a disconnected role. The right Project Engineer will stay closely connected to the project team, Project Manager, Superintendent, clients, design partners, subcontractors, and BCCG leadership through consistent communication, jobsite visits, and regular travel to the BCCG office and active projects.
This position is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction project management while gaining firsthand experience on complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
