Job summary

Batesville Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-site initiatives that cut costs and improve quality across the supply chain. You will provide engineering support, drive New Product Development projects, and organize timelines and budgets for capital projects.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in lean principles, and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years of engineering experience.
• Three to five years related engineering experience and/or training.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Project Implementation: manage strategic sourcing, product redesign and process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement New Product Development projects.
• Organize and execute project timelines and deliverables.
• Lead Change Management and present product/process change proposals.
• Perform trials and tests to support approvals of products and processes.
• Manage capital projects and budgets; prepare capital funds requests.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in products and processes; assist with feasibility studies.
• Participate in benchmarking events and lean initiatives company-wide.
• Understand design and engineering principles and develop part prints; source new parts/products.
• Ensure system and product quality through testing methods; aid supplier audits.
• Supervise employees and coordinate performance management.
