Job summary

Vocational Instruction Project seeks a Project Director to provide overall leadership and day-to-day management of the MAT-PDOA project. You will oversee implementation, supervise staff, ensure timely data collection and reporting, and maintain compliance with federal terms and conditions.

Responsibilities include directing operations, supervising the engagement team, overseeing fidelity for Motivational Interviewing and Contingency Management, and coordinating with partners.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and current licensure as a mental health practitioner (LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of five years of experience serving individuals with opioid or other substance use disorders.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and program-management experience in a substance use disorder or behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of MOUD, OTP operations, evidence-based practices, and federal grant compliance.
  • Meets NOFO minimum 50% level of effort for the Project Director (funded at 100%).

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of executive program leadership, the Project Director provides overall leadership and day-to-day management of the MAT-PDOA project.
