Job summary

VIP Community Services seeks a Project Director to lead the MAT-PDOA initiative, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure data collection, and maintain compliance with federal terms. The role includes clinical supervision for Motivational Interviewing and Contingency Management, plus coordination with partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and NY licensure as a mental health practitioner (LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years of experience serving individuals with opioid or other substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated supervisory and program-management experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of MOUD, OTP operations, evidence-based practices, and federal grant compliance.
• Meets NOFO minimum level of effort for the Project Director (funded at 100%).

Responsibilities

• Direct all project operations and ensure goals are met on schedule.
• Supervise project staff and provide clinical supervision for engagement and retention teams.
• Oversee fidelity of Motivational Interviewing and Contingency Management, including training.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting in SPARS and coordinate with the Project Evaluator on performance measurement.
• Maintain compliance with 2 CFR 200, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and all award terms.
• Coordinate integration of project services with OTP, CCBHC, and co-located FQHC.
• Lead continuous quality improvement with monthly data review and PDSA cycles.
