The Project Director, Infrastructure will lead the core startup team, directing planning, design, procurement, and construction across multiple sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 15+ years leading complex capital projects or programs.
• Strong technical expertise in cGMP manufacturing, utilities and design principles.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, procurement, and contractor performance.
• Proven ability to lead managers across multiple project packages in matrix organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure strategy across multiple sites and guide planning priorities.
• Oversee utilities management and building systems performance across sites.
• Direct renovation and infrastructure programs aligning scope with portfolio priorities.
• Drive safety and regulatory compliance for facilities work and closure of actions.
• Develop site leaders and engineers through disciplined planning and governance.
• Lead procurement and contracting strategies for campus infrastructure projects.
