Job summary

The role requires an engineering degree, 7+ years in GMP environments, startup experience, and travel up to 50%. You will guide junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in drug substance, drug product, biologics or aseptic fill finish.
• PM experience required; startup experience and PMP preferred.
• Able to partner cross-functionally in GMP manufacturing.
• Travel up to 50% during initial startup.

Responsibilities

• Define project design and engineering planning for assigned projects.
• Lead system, equipment, and technology installations, ensuring safe integration, commissioning readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Assess project processes and resolve operational or technical issues.
• Deliver operational improvements, business value delivery, and site production efficiency through effective project execution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and programs; document methods and communicate progress to project leads.
