In this role, you will responsible for planning, designing, and delivering engineering projects that support manufacturing, R&D, and infrastructure needs. You will lead cross-functional efforts to implement new systems, equipment, and technologies while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget to deliver operational improvements and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project design and engineering planning for assigned projects.
• Lead system, equipment, and technology installations, ensuring safe integration, commissioning readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Assess project processes and resolves operational or technical issues.
• Deliver operational improvements, business value delivery, and site production efficiency through effective project execution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of systems, equipment, andtechnologies.
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and programs; defines and validates methods, documents results and keyassumptions, ensures adherence to applicable standards and controls, and communicates technical progress, impacts and recommendedmitigations to project leads and stakeholders

Minimum Education Required

• You will have in-depth knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and experience; with a Bachelors degree in Engineering or similiar related discipline and 7 + years relevant industry experience.
