Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant industry experience.
• GMP manufacturing experience is required; start-up experience preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project design and engineering planning for assigned projects.
• Lead system, equipment, and technology installations, ensuring safe integration, commissioning readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Assess project processes and resolves operational or technical issues.
• Deliver operational improvements, business value delivery, and site production efficiency through effective project execution.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of systems, equipment, and technologies.
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and programs; defines and validates methods, documents results and key assumptions, ensures adherence to applicable standards and controls, and communicates progress to project leads.
