Job summary

GreenBridge is seeking a Project Director to lead major Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the United States. The role demands senior leadership to guide complex capital projects from planning through completion, maintaining program integrity and client satisfaction.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage safety, schedule, budget and risk while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Extensive travel is required across the US.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering large scale Data Center, Semiconductor, Advanced Technology or Mission Critical projects.
• Proven experience at Project Director or Senior Project Manager level.
• Experience managing complex, high value capital projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual and client management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across the US.

Salary: Up to $300,000 + 25–30% annual bonus + full benefits

Travel: 80–90%

We are currently recruiting for a Project Director to lead major Data Center and Semiconductor projects across the United States for a leading global engineering and construction business.

This is a senior project leadership position with responsibility for the successful delivery of large, complex capital projects from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall execution of major Data Center / Semiconductor projects

• Manage schedule, budget, commercial performance and delivery strategy
