Job summary

Just Construction, a rapidly growing national electrical contractor, is seeking a Travelling Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center projects across the United States.

The role will coordinate projects across Iowa, Texas and the East Coast, driving from preconstruction through completion with large on-site teams and a strong electrical construction background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operating at Senior Project Manager / Lead Project Manager level.
• At least one completed data center project.
• Experience managing projects with 250+ personnel on site.
• Strong electrical construction background.
• Experience managing significant project values and complex scopes.
• Proven experience taking projects through to successful completion.
• Strong commercial and financial project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Take ownership of project financial performance, schedule and delivery.
• Manage large project teams and multiple subcontractor/trade partners.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, change management and project controls.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
• Manage client, owner, GC and design team relationships.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership.
• Monitor manpower, productivity and project performance.
• Identify and manage project risks and commercial exposure.
• Drive quality, safety and commissioning readiness.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Support the continued growth and development of the mission critical division.

Just Construction are currently representing a rapidly growing national electrical contractor that has built a significant presence within the US mission critical market, looking to make an appointment for a Travelling Senior Project Manager to oversee large scale Data Center projects across the US.

This is a business with a substantial national footprint, major financial backing, a rapidly expanding data center division and a proven track record delivering some of the largest and most complex electrical projects across the country.

They are now looking to add a Travelling Senior Project Manager to their team, with projects across Iowa, Texas and the East Coast.
