ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a national emergency response restoration and general contractor specializing in the return of compromised property to their pre-loss condition. We work with our clients to restore their properties. Our team restores commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and educational properties from water damage, flood, fire, smoke, and natural disasters. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT DIRECTOR
As a Project Director, you estimate construction-related projects using Xactimate and other professional estimating software. Your solid understanding of the true costs of construction increases the accuracy of margins/line items within Xactimate. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is how you are able to foster and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, property owners, industry related associations, and other potential business sources.
You actively market the company through associations, meetings, local functions, and trade shows. You also develop and execute new marketing strategies for company growth and provide projection reports on individual loss sales and growth opportunities. You are proud of the important role you play in the success of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS

The salary for this role is between $90,000 and $140,000. Specific compensation will be based on the skills, experience, seniority, merit, location, education, training, and need for travel of the selected candidate.
