Join one of the leading names in waste-to-renewable energy. This company is scaling nationwide, building and operating anaerobic digesters to convert organic waste into clean energy.

About the Role :

As a Development Manager , you'll lead project development efforts-driving growth, executing cross-functional initiatives, and supporting M&A, partnerships, and RNG project development primarily in the North East US territory.

What You'll Do :

Manage full lifecycle development of renewable energy projects-from due diligence to execution.

Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Sales, and Finance teams.

Build financial models and assess project feasibility.

Negotiate contracts and support deal logistics.

Represent the company in investor and partner meetings.

Mentor junior team members.

Travel 25%+

What We're Looking For :

5-10 years' experience, ideally in RNG or environmental project development.

Strong budgeting, permitting and scheduling skills.

Experience with feedstock / gas offtake agreements a plus.

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive communicator.
