Job Title: Project Development Manager – Community Solar

Location: East Coast preferred (Remote OK)

This is a chance to join a nimble, well-capitalized platform with one of the strongest community solar pipelines in the country. You’ll step into a role focused on execution — derisking projects and moving them to a clean NTP handoff.

The origination team delivers. Now they need a closer to carry projects through diligence, permitting, and interconnection so they’re ready to sell.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of projects post-origination
• Lead interconnection, permitting, and stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to hit NTP
• Work across a multi-state DG/community solar portfolio

What They’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years of solar project development experience
• Exposure to permitting, interconnection, and land use
• Skilled communicator with strong project management instincts
• Proven track record navigating projects to NTP
