Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned project development lead to guide BESS and renewables initiatives from intake to EPC readiness. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, shaping development strategies and securing interconnection, permitting, and site control.

• 7–12 years of experience in BESS, renewables, or data center development.
• Experience developing BTM energy systems, microgrids, or DER-integrated projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interconnection processes, permitting, and site control.
• Familiarity with data center or large-load development preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks.
