Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in BESS, renewables, or data center development.
• Experience developing BTM energy systems, microgrids, or DER-integrated projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of interconnection processes, permitting, and site control.
• Familiarity with data center or large-load development preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development execution for assigned projects from intake through EPC readiness.
• Define and execute project development strategies, including risk identification and mitigation.
• Advance and secure site control, interconnection agreements, and permitting approvals.
• Integrate technical solutions into executable development plans.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Drive go/no-go recommendations.
• Prepare projects for EPC handoff and maintain continuity through COD.
