Job summary

COA Network Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Development Engineer II in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on leading the design, implementation, and management of advanced mechanical systems for energy conservation and decarbonization across new and retrofit projects.

You will drive on-site surveys, energy calculations, and project management from concept to completion while coordinating with teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. This position requires heavy travel.

Qualifications

• Performs on-site surveys and auditing of client sites including K-12 schools, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare and Others.
• Accurately documents existing conditions in predetermined software.
• Develops a scope of work and performs energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions.
• Project Management: Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead, train and mentor junior team members in projects and personal advancement.

Responsibilities
