Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Development Engineer II to join our cleantech team. This role leads design, implementation, and management of advanced mechanical systems to reduce energy costs across new construction and retrofits, with 75% travel.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure code compliance, perform energy calculations, document conditions, and mentor junior staff while expanding divisional efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (electrical, mechanical, environmental, or chemical).
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or PE or CEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys and audits of client sites.
• Document existing conditions in software.
• Develop scope of work and perform energy calculations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.
• Lead technical staff and subcontractors.
• Stay updated with new energy technologies and trends.
