Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Development Engineer II to lead design, implementation and management of advanced mechanical systems for energy conservation and decarbonization across new construction and retrofits.

The role requires 75% national travel and coordination with multiple units focused on weatherization, water efficiency, lighting, airflow controls, HVAC, and infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (required).
• Strong on-site surveying and auditing experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed on-site surveys and audits of client sites including K-12 schools, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare and Others.
• Documents existing conditions in predetermined software.
• Develops a scope of work and performs energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions.
• Project Management: Manage projects from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Leads technical staff and subcontractors; coordinates with teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends to improve products and processes.
