Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science (electrical, mechanical, environmental or chemical).
• Experience in construction or energy projects is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office: Excel, Word; other programs as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed on-site surveys and audits of client sites such as K-12, Higher Ed, Federal, Corrections, Healthcare.
• Documents existing conditions in predetermined software.
• Develops scope of work and performs energy calculations for existing and proposed conditions.
• Manages projects from concept through completion, coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
• Leads technical staff and subcontractors; ensures deadlines and budgets are met.
• Stays current with evolving energy technologies and industry trends.
