Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science is required.
• EIT/PE/CEM/LEED/CWEP/PMP certifications are preferred.
• Experience auditing mechanical and energy systems for building projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys and audits of client sites (schools, higher ed, federal, healthcare).
• Document existing conditions in predetermined software.
• Develop scope of work and perform energy calculations.
• Manage projects from concept to completion, coordinating with teams.
• Lead and mentor junior staff; ensure deliverables meet deadlines and budgets.
• Stay current with energy codes and project specifications.
