Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Development Engineer II to join our cleantech team.

This role leads the design, implementation, and management of advanced mechanical systems to lower energy costs and carbon footprint on both new construction and retrofits. The position requires 75% travel nationwide and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, auditing sites, performing energy calculations, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure on-time, within-budget project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science; construction focus is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word, are required.
• Experience in energy conservation and decarbonization projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site surveys and audits across various facilities.
• Develop scope of work and perform energy calculations.
• Lead projects from concept to completion within deadlines and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with subcontractors and teams.
