Job summary

Arcadia is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead complex healthcare data implementations. You will deliver end-to-end projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure customers realize value from Arcadia’s platform.

You will manage data integration efforts, configure the platform, and guide clients from contract through go-live while mitigating risks and ensuring high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field; 3+ years leading account implementation in healthcare software.
• Experience with population health data, claims data integration, and client data architecture is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Tableau, QlikView, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Run product implementations, develop project plans, kickoff, installation, validation, training, and go-live.
• Educate customers on Arcadia's implementation processes, data architecture, and platform usage to drive quality improvement.
• Establish engagement goals, timelines, and detailed project plans; manage day-to-day tasks and report status.
