Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Project Manager I to lead small to medium projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and outcomes are met. You will coordinate project teams, mitigate risks, communicate with leaders, and partner with change management professionals for adoption and readiness.

This role drives project success through disciplined planning, execution, and monitoring, with a focus on collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and delivering results that meet key performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Defines the project's scope, charter, objectives, stakeholders and high-level requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaboratively drives and defines a RACI with rules of engagement for the project team – communicates the RACI and sets expectations, roles and responsibilities of the project teams and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Defines the project's scope, charter, objectives, stakeholders and high-level requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaboratively drives and defines and establishes a RACI with rules of engagement for the project team – communicates the RACI and sets expectations, roles and responsibilities of the project teams and SME
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor project progress and performance against established goals and objectives
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Facilitate project meetings with a clear agenda and ensure effective collaboration among team members
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to resolve challenges and obstacles
• Works closely with leaders, SMEs and other members of the project team to drive alignment across all activities and ensure the overall project is on time, on budget and meeting key performance objectives/metric
