Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Project Manager I to lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget and outcomes are met. The role requires coordinating project teams, mitigating risks, and communicating with leaders to drive adoption and readiness for change management initiatives.

The Project Manager I will plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and milestones while partnering with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Defines the project's scope, charter, objectives, stakeholders and high-level requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaboratively drives and defines and establishes a RACI with rules of engagement for the project team - communicates the RACI and sets expectations, roles and responsibilities of the project teams and SMEs
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance against established goals and objectives.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Facilitate project meetings with a clear agenda and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to resolve challenges and obstacles.
• Works closely with leaders, SMEs and other members of the project team to drive alignment across all activities and ensure the overall project is on time, on budget and meeting key performance objectives/metrics
