Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Project Manager to oversee awarded customer projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and profitability. You will collaborate with the project team to develop and maintain schedules, highlight critical path items and communicate status across all stakeholders.

The role requires strong planning, leadership and a working knowledge of engineering plans. Travel to sites is expected, and a PMP is preferred for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• Requires strong project management experience with leadership and planning skills.
• PMP is preferred.
• Understanding of engineering plans and specifications.
• Experience in contracts, risk and scheduling is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from award to execution focusing on safety, schedule, profit and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain overall project schedule highlighting critical path and risk items.
• Coordinate with project team, sales and field leadership; communicate status on schedule, budget, risk and quality.
• Travel as needed and oversee field crews and equipment scheduling.
