Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field plus 4+ years of project coordination experience.
• A combination of education and relevant work experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of complex projects by coordinating deliverables and resolving issues.
• Ensure seamless collaboration across team members, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Align efforts with project milestones and ensure compliance with procedures and contract requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity using standard resources, templates, and tools.
• Identify trends and implement process improvements and automation to enhance outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and materials for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to promote project participation and transparency.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures for project platforms and databases.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and foster a safety-oriented culture.
