Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project administration, operations, construction, manufacturing, or project support experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple Project Managers across various customer projects.
• Assist with project startup activities, kickoff meetings, and documentation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and action item logs.
• Coordinate customer communications and provide routine project updates.
• Track procurement activities, vendor deliverables, and project milestones.
• Manage submittals, documentation, engineering revisions, and approval workflows.
• Coordinate material deliveries, logistics, and scheduling activities.
• Prepare billing packages and assist with purchase orders, invoices, and change order documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and support project closeout activities.
