Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex pipeline projects and related facilities from proposal through completion. You will ensure resources align with scope, keep budgets and schedules current, and deliver client deliverables on time and on budget.

The role requires coordinating ROW, engineering, permitting, procurement and other disciplines, with a focus on safety, quality, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Environmental Sciences or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years project experience with minimum 5 years leading cross discipline teams.
• Experience leading teams including ROW acquisition, engineering, civil and environmental surveys, permitting and procurement.
• Strong ability to integrate across disciplines and manage complex pipeline/transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Project resource management: ensure adequate resources, monitor hours, manage subcontractors and procurement.
• Develop proposals for complex projects, including execution plans, estimation and on-time delivery.
• Manage project budgets, change orders, cash flows, invoicing and earned value reporting.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensure QA/QC adherence and timely client reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with client and TRC management.
