Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in analytics, BI, data analytics, or strategic operations.
• 2+ years managing analysts directly with focus on performance & growth.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex queries.
• Working fluency in dbt for data modeling.
• Experience building dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong communication for senior stakeholder engagement.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Data Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will lead a small team of analysts and shape the technical quality of the organization’s analytics work. The ideal candidate will partner closely with operations stakeholders to translate complex questions into actionable insights, dashboards, and recommendations. In addition to managing people, this person will help set analytical standards, resolve data issues, and support the broader analytics roadmap.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $138,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills for articulating complex issues to senior stakeholders.
