BJC is hiring for a System Project Manager. This is a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will have a construction, architecture, or engineering background.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Supports project managers and directors in supervising, directing, coordinating, and controlling design and construction projects aligned with BJC's strategic needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate minor design and construction projects.
• Support project managers during project development and implementation.
• Assist in developing, communicating, and maintaining project budgets.
• Assist in developing, analyzing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules.

Minimum Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree in Architecture, Business, or related field.

Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience.

Supervisor Experience

• No supervisory experience required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Business, or related field.
