Quanta Government Solutions seeks a Project Cost Controls Specialist (Level II/III/Senior) to own budgets and forecast costs for energy infrastructure projects across North America. You will manage costs from budget through completion, partnering with Project Managers and Operations leaders to deliver reliable forecasts and actionable recovery plans.

The role requires 5–10+ years of experience, strong Excel and EVM knowledge, and proficiency with JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel and Power BI.

Competenze

• 5-10+ years of experience in project cost controls or related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-trend analysis abilities.
• Experience with EAC/ETC and change management; EPC/energy projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and control project budgets and baselines.
• Track actual costs, commitments, forecasts, and trends.
• Perform EAC/ETC, variance, and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Identify cost risks, deviations, and emerging issues and recommend corrective action.
• Support change orders, budget transfers, and cost impact analysis.
• Prepare clear cost reports, forecasts, dashboards, and project performance updates.
• Communicate cost performance and recovery plans to Project Managers and leadership.
• Partner with project teams to align financial performance with execution plans.
• Apply EVM to evaluate cost and schedule performance.
