Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university; 2 years of construction experience and/or training.
• Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and reporting capabilities for complex projects.
• Proficiency with project controls software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze project data to produce weekly cost and profitability reports.
• Review information with project team to drive cost savings and target adjustments.
• Prepare and process change orders, budget revisions, and financial reporting.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
