Job summary

Baker Group is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support the Industrial Project Team in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and cost forecasting. You will build and track schedules, analyze KPI data, and collaborate with field teams to ensure successful execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong MS Office skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent through experience, typically six years.
• Strong scheduling knowledge and industry-standard scheduling practices.
• MS Office suite including Excel, Word, Access and MS Project; Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Review project controls requirements per project and report to the team.
• Develop reports to track project progress and status.
• Create and maintain project schedules aligned to budgets and costs.
• Develop WBS and CPM schedules reflecting actual work activities.
• Load schedules with labor and cost data; update baselines with changes.
