Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years’ construction experience or an equivalent combination
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials, journals, procedures and government regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures
• Ability to present information to managers, clients, customers and the public
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Timberline, Primavera)
• Ability to use cost accounting concepts and understand cost control in projects

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and analyzes project information to produce reports tracking time, quantities and costs
• Reviews information with the project team to improve profitability
• Generates weekly cost reports and drafts monthly financial reports
• Supports the project team with cost-saving recommendations in procurements, scheduling, and resource management
• Oversees sub-contract changes, billing, and approvals with project managers
• Maintains logs including concrete and rebar logs
• Promotes safety and compliance on the job site
