Job summary

Convergint in West Valley City, UT is seeking a full-time Project Cost Administrator to coordinate contract reviews, establish project costs, and support monthly forecasts and progress billing.

You will work with project managers and accounting to monitor costs, ensure accurate GL coding, and help minimize unbilled revenue while driving timely payments.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of project cost accounting and billing processes.
• Experience with monthly forecast reviews and financial reports.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and GL coding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract reviews and ensure documentation signatures.
• Monitor project costs and variances to support timely decisions.
• Assist with monthly project billings and minimize unbilled revenue.
• Support revenue and gross margin forecasting with PMs.
• Track subcontractor invoices and COIs against forecast.
