Job summary

Kastle Systems, the leader in managed security and property technology, seeks a Project Coordinator to support Project Management and Installation. You will be the single point of contact for administrative activities and liaison with project managers.

Key duties include contract review in CRM, PO processing, coordinating technicians and sub-contractors, generating project reports, and assisting with permits, drawings, and scope of work.

Qualifications

• College degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% locally.
• Experience with project administration practices.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts in CRM and flag incomplete packages for PM.
• Issue and receive purchase orders; solicit sub-contractor proposals.
• Maintain technicians and sub-contractors contact data and performance records.
• Generate project reports including signals, COGS, and close-out.
• Finalize parts lists with Inventory and research custom parts.
• Assist with pre-installation programming and verify scope alignment.
• Help with permits, drawings and submittals as needed.
• Coordinate sub-contractors and update online schedule with technicians.
