Job summary

Riverside Research is seeking a Technical Project Manager to advise, assist, and support the United States Space Force at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will apply structured project management to align mission priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate stakeholder efforts across NSIC initiatives.

The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication, a technical degree, and 5+ years of program execution experience, with strong documentation and integration skills.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project execution and management.
• Knowledge of digitization, integration, and optimization of processes, system components, and test/evaluation methods.
• Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience composing documentation, reports, and briefings for program baselines and senior leaders.
• Ability to manage time independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and integration support to align mission priorities and NSIC activities.
• Support stakeholder engagement, mission planning, schedule integration, documentation control, and governance across MS&A and data/infrastructure planning.
• Apply structured project management practices and enterprise integration methods to keep activities visible and executable.
• Advise on development and integration of digital engineering, modeling, simulation, and analysis processes.
• Assess current processes and data to identify new integrated capabilities for NSIC digitization.
• Advise on benefits of advanced tools and foster collaboration across USSF functions.
• Collaborate with NSIC leadership and teams to track actions, manage schedules, and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Develop processes, governance and training documentation aligned with DoW and IC standards.
• Build relationships with NSIC stakeholders and stay flexible to other duties.
