About the Brand Packaging Team
The Pottery Barn brand packaging team is a small, experienced creative group dedicated to enhancing our products and packaging through elevated branding. As the Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with overseas vendors, and ensure brand guidelines and milestones are upheld across multiple product categories. We seek a highly organized communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about supporting a creative team.
Overview of the Project Coordinator Role
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will support packaging projects for our diverse product lines. By coordinating information from Merchandising, Design, Product Information, Quality Assurance, Sourcing, Visual Merchandising, vendors, and printers, you will ensure our packaging meets brand standards and stays on schedule. A background with solid project coordination experience is essential. We encourage candidates with advanced Asana capabilities or similar experience in tools like Trello or Monday.com to apply. Familiarity with recognized methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Critical Path, Kanban) is a plus. Concise, purposeful communication is key—enabling quick progress without unnecessary back-and-forth.
The starting pay range for this position is $70,000-$75,000, with actual compensation based on experience and other factors. Benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities may also be included.
