Position Description:

Our Project Coordinators have a unique opportunity to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. This team supports scheduling needs for field service personnel performing remediation efforts in various healthcare facilities.

This role is a remote, work-from-home position and offers a great opportunity to expand your project management skills!

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track daily activities to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Create and utilize project plans for assigned projects, including clear milestones and task responsibilities.
  3. Manage project scope, including customer priorities.
  4. Proactively identify risks to project success and develop effective action plans.
  5. Manage and escalate project issues or risks as needed.
  6. Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
  7. Use governance tools (scope documents, status reports, risk logs, tollgates, etc.) to effectively manage projects.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in project management, customer service, or dispatch.
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT software/hardware solutions is preferred.
  • Understanding of corporate and service department procedures, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, engaging or escalating issues to leadership as needed.
  • Ability to work within defined processes and methodologies with minimal supervision.
  • Technical experience is a plus; proficiency with MS Office is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The potential base pay range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be offered.
