Position Description:

Our Project Coordinators have a unique opportunity to apply their technical expertise by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. This team supports scheduling needs for field service personnel performing remediation efforts in various healthcare facilities.

This role is a remote work-from-home position and offers a great opportunity to expand your project management skills!

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, facilitate, coordinate, and track daily activities to ensure project completion on time, successfully, and aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Create and utilize project plans for assigned projects, including setting clear milestones and assigning tasks.
  3. Manage project scope effectively, considering customer priorities.
  4. Proactively identify risks to project success and develop effective action plans for resolution.
  5. Manage or escalate project issues or risks appropriately.
  6. Manage customer expectations regarding products and services.
  7. Utilize governance tools (scope documents, project status reports, risk and change logs, tollgates, etc.) to effectively oversee all projects.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in project management, customer service, or dispatch is required.
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT software/hardware solutions is preferred.
  • Must understand corporate and service department procedures, including customer complaint handling and Medical Device Reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and methodologies with minimal supervision.
  • Technical experience is a plus; proficiency with MS Office is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The potential base pay range for this role is $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, with actual offers varying based on qualifications, location, and schedule. Additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits may be provided.
