Job summary

Unified Door & Hardware Group, a Foundation Building Materials company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project operations across logistics, procurement, and communications. In this role you will track submittals, coordinate shipments, create purchase orders, and keep stakeholders informed to keep projects on schedule.

You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Past administrative, business, and technical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on submittals, change orders, and schedules.
• Assist with creation and release of purchase orders and ICOs.
• Coordinate shipments and material deliveries to the jobsite.
• Maintain packing slips and liaise with shipping/receiving.
• Support Project Managers, Engineers, and company objectives.
