Job summary

Hydrogen UK Ltd in Coral Gables, FL is seeking an ambitious ORT coordinator to support planning, coordination, and reporting for a 200+ SAP-like system program. This is a project coordination role reporting to a Program/Project Manager, not a testing position.

You will partner with business and IT teams, drive milestones, prepare executive presentations, and manage risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams using JIRA and Qmetry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a project coordinator driving work independently.
• Background working cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations (e.g., SAP) and milestone-based delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Rally and coordinate teams across the program, identifying framework and approach for each phase.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks and dependencies proactively.
• Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Utilise JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress.

Position Summary

Our client, a major utility organisation in South Florida, is seeking a motivated self-starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) coordination for a large-scale, cross-functional program implementing 200+ SAP systems. This is a project coordination role, not a testing role — the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives work to completion with minimal oversight, and can translate complex information into clear, concise materials suitable for executive and leadership audiences. The role reports to a Program/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior experience as a project coordinator, driving work independently with minimal oversight
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally across business and technical teams
• Background in large-scale system implementations (e.g., SAP) and milestone-based project delivery
• Experience defining and managing ORT entry/exit criteria preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong self-starter with the ability to drive work independently in a fast-paced environment — this is essential
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint — capable of producing executive-ready presentations
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Proficiency in JIRA for task and defect management; Qmetry experience a plus
• Ability to define and document entry/exit criteria for ORT phases
• Strong organisational and communication skills with close attention to detail
• Ability to synthesise complex, cross-functional information into concise reporting
