Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator for a 1-year onsite contract in Miami, FL. You will support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams, translating complex information into concise executive-ready materials.

Reporting to the onsite manager, you will partner with business and IT teams to align scope, milestones, and deliverables, and you will use JIRA and Qmetry to track testing activities and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Cross-functional work across business and technical teams
• Proficiency in system implementations
• PowerPoint and Excel for executive updates
• JIRA for task and defect management
• Concise presentations and milestone-based deliverables

Responsibilities

• Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
• Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to align scope, milestones, deliverables
• Develop concise presentations for leadership updates
• Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
• Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
• Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
• Utilize JIRA (and Qmetry where applicable) to manage testing activities
