Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Purchasing/Project Coordination professional to support contract administration, vendor communications, and project setup in SAP and Monday.com.

You will help ensure material availability, create submittal packets, process orders, track delivery, and coordinate installers and field managers, contributing to on-time project completion. This role offers a collaborative, growing team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Project Coordination, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple distractions.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliable and self-motivated team player.

Pay range

$27-$30/hour plus benefits
