E2 Optics in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project managers and field teams in a fast-paced environment. This onsite role emphasizes data collection, scheduling, documentation, and coordination across disciplines to ensure on-time, within-budget project execution.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in construction project coordination, strong communication skills, and familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction industry as a project coordinator.
• 3-5 years of scheduling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated professional demeanor and communication with customers, field team, vendors, and management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management knowledge and project controls understanding.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Company Core Values and safet y culture.
• Assist program and project managers with data collection and analysis.
• Attend project controls meetings to ensure latest controls are used.
• Assist P6 Master Scheduler with hours/cost analysis and data quality controls.
• Manage timecard entries, job codes, and weekly tracker updates.
• Oversee progress invoicing and change order processes.
• Identify operational improvements and implement efficient practices.
• Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and track deliverables.
• Support procurement and logistics, including vendor quotes.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for contract staff as needed.
